What to Expect in Class

Get ready for a workout that's all about fun, fun, fun! Whether you're a novice or a fitness goddess (or god), our hula hoop fitness classes are perfect for you. And guess what? We provide the hoops, so all you need to do is show up and get ready for a full-body workout that combines aerobics, hooping, and toning exercises.

This workout is designed to improve your strength, coordination, balance, and cardio fitness, making it suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're looking to break a sweat or take it easy, you decide what's best for you. And the results speak for themselves – in some of our previous classes, hoopers have burned up to 300 calories in just 45 minutes!

So what can you expect in our classes? After warming up to fresh tunes (we only use original music, no covers here), we'll teach you the fundamentals of hula hooping and give you plenty of practice time. And remember, it's all about having fun, so don't stress if you have trouble keeping the hoop up – just laugh and give it another spin!

Our classes include a variety of exercises, from on-body hoop routines to off-body hoop routines, squats, lunges, grapevines, and maybe even the odd cha-cha-cha! And of course, we'll finish off with a cool-down to help you ease those muscles and relax after a fantastic workout.

The key to enjoying our classes? Don't take things too seriously, and remember – the bigger the hoop, the better!
